Revenue Hunters International was founded by sales and corporate growth experts who have decades of experience improving sales and executive performance in corporations.

These founders have built high performing national and world wide sales organizations, drove channel and strategic alliance programs and provided consulting  and training of executives and sales teams in small, mid size and Fortune 500 companies.

Our mission is to improve the perception, performance and prosperity of sales professionals, trainers and consultants worldwide.

Programs include Certification for Sales Professionals, Sales Trainers and Sales Consultants.  

To support corporate clients we modify our Certification system to fit their company, products, clients and sales model. We introduce new corporate Sales Certification programs and facilitate internal Certification role plays and knowledge transfer sessions empowering companies with the ability to attract and retain top performers, reduce new hire ramp up time and improve the sales performance of existing personnel.

Our Staffing services provide Certified and pre-screened Sales talent to companies in need of top performers. 

The Sales Problem

With over 4100 colleges in the US, only 30 offer sales based courses. Less than 20 colleges offer a variety of degreed courses through sales institutes while the rest of the courses just cover the basics of this profession.

The sales training - consulting industry is fragmented and has failed to come together and put their philosophical differences aside in order to address growing sales performance issues of the profession. 
 
We believe this dysfunction and lack of fundamental support has created a revenue (sales) problem that is hurting sales professionals, corporate executives and eroding sales performance in businesses globally. Various studies show:

  • Less than 25% of sales people sell enough to cover themselves; less than 50% are on quota.

  • Debt of Small and Mid Sized companies increased from $680 B to $1.4 Trillion due to slow sales growth or lack of capitalization.

  • Less than 35% of corporate sales training investments show a ROI; 60% of managers report they don’t have time to mentor staff.

  • 93% report sales - marketing do not work together effectively to close sales; Sales and C Level attrition is growing - tied to poor revenue and growth results.

  • 80% of sales teams do not get feedback - buy in from prospect decision makers when developing a solution or relationship proposal preventing their ability to effectively sell at decision maker levels and properly forecast revenues. 

Based on global economic conditions, declining sales performance and the eroding job market, we believe there is an immediate need for Individual and Corporate Sales Certification and standards that improve performance and establish differentiation for sales professionals, leaders, trainers and consultants worldwide. 

In order to address the needs of businesses, sales professionals and consultants we have developed the Revenue Hunters International Society.

The Society helps define, test and validate our Individual and Corporate Sales Certification programs and provides value added job placement and career promotion services to members.
